Refund Policy

College Admission Central, LLC Refund Policy

College Admission Central, LLC (hereinafter “CACentral”) is a private subscription site. CACentral provides its paid subscribers with access to information, products, and services related to college application and acceptance (the Resources).

Payment for access to the Resources is billed on a subscription basis. There is no minimum subscription period. If you cancel your subscription, CACentral will stop taking payment immediately. You may continue to access the Resources until the next billing cycle begins, at which time your client privileges will terminate and you will no longer have legal access to the client materials or services.

There are multiple service levels in CACentral. You may upgrade your service level at any time and begin to access the new features available at that level immediately. If you downgrade your service level, the downgrade will take place at your next billing cycle, and you may continue to use the current level’s Resources until that time.

You may cancel a free trial or "Test Drive" at any time during the free trial period and incur no charge. Monthly subscriptions and any subscription fee that is billed on a monthly basis may be cancelled at any time but are not eligible for a refund. For annual subscriptions, you may cancel during the first 30 days and receive a full refund.

We are confident you'll find our materials and support to be incredibly valuable in gaining admission to college.
